About Us

The Department of Land Resources was founded in 1969. It is the only department with the theme of "Land Resources" in the country, with the dual axes of "Land Assets" and "Environmental Resources". The department sets up innovative courses such as drone photography, big data and real estate AI. In order to cultivate the talents needed by the times, the Ministry of Labor's Land Category Employment Program was held to extend the five-year Master's Program in Real Estate Marketing. The course design adopts 2 main axes, 3 learning groups and 1 extension, which is complete and diverse.

What can be learned

The department has a number of environmental monitoring, 3D modeling, 360. VR virtual reality, measurement and other instruments, and professional analysis include statistics, big data, environmental analysis and other software resources, allowing students to enjoy rich resources for practical operations. The course planning of this department is divided into three majors. Each group covers basic, core, advanced, employment application and other types of courses. The content is designed with students' future development in mind, and is planned in a progressive way from basic theory to practical operation.

Engaged in land development, housing agency, housing agency sales, property management, land administrators, real estate development consultants, environmental engineering consulting companies, environmental research institutes of foundations, etc.
